What is the difference between YAMCON and other products?
YAMCON has a yam concentration of 8.5% for Regular Strength and 10% for X-tra Strength. This concentration is high; many cremes range from only 3% to Born Again at approximately 7.5%.

How do I use YAMCON?
YAMCON comes in 6 different dosage forms: a creme applied on the skin, a drop applied under the tongue, tablets placed under the tongue, a vaginal creme, a vaginal lubricant gel and an ant-wrinkle face creme. We discovered that women preferred having a choice of dosage forms. The general dosage for each form is as follows:

1. Regular and X-tra Strength Creme – 1/4 teaspoon twice per day for about 14 days, followed by 1/2 teaspoon twice per day for about 9 days and abstinence of use for 5-7 days (if you are still menstruating, this would be during your period). YAMCON should be applied to the soft, fatty areas of your body, such as the stomach, buttocks, back of arms, and thighs.

2. Drop – Take 5 YAMCON drops twice per day, abstaining from usage for 5-7 days. Apply drops under the tongue and allow the product to absorb into the mouth tissue.

3. Tablets – Take 4 YAMCON tablets twice per day, abstaining from usage for 5-7 days. Place tablets under the tongue and allow them to dissolve into the mouth tissue.

4. Vaginal Cr�me – should be applied to the vulva twice per day, 1/4 teaspoon each time, abstaining from use for 5-7 days per month (during your period if you are still menstruating).

5. Vaginal Lubricant Gel – Apply liberally as desired to minimize vaginal irritation or discomfort. Repeat application when dryness occurs.

For the creme, it is recommended that you routinely rotate the area of the body where the creme is applied.
